Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Standard Delivery: We offer standard UK shipping via reliable couriers. Delivery typically takes 3 to 8 business days.
Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Tracking Your Order: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase and feel your best. If something isn't quite right, we are here to help. In accordance with UK distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel or return your order.

Return Window: You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to notify us that you wish to return it, and a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our support team at fit4all.support@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
